After almost 20 years working in the pest and landscape industry, Bobby has chosen Tomahawk Power as his preferred supplier for backpack sprayers and foggers. After hearing of Bobby’s success in the field with our products, we decided to sit down with him, and learn more about how he has sold hundreds of Tomahawk products over the past 4 years.
Tell us about your customers, what do they specialize in?
Bobby: I have about 200 customers and they vary from turf, landscape, and pest control.
What Tomahawk Power products have you sold the most, and what are they being used for?
Bobby: I have sold all your sprayers and foggers, including the TPS25, eTPS18, TMD14, and TGS30 backpack spreader. Generally, my customers use them for pest control and landscaping applications. Also, with your new eTPS18 battery sprayer, I have a lot of customers using Roundup in the sprayer to spot spray lawns.

What has your customers’ experience been like with Tomahawk sprayers and foggers?
Bobby: Very positive! I never have any major issues with them! They never have any major issues using your products. If there is an issue that goes back to the customer side of things, it is just needing a spare part which is always taken care of quickly.
How has your experience been with Tomahawk Power’s customer service team?
Bobby: You especially have always been on top of things. If it is needing a spare part, sample of a unit, or a general question you always get back to me quickly. The service you offer makes the products even better than they are!
