Shipping

Orders received before 11am PST will ship same day. Orders received after 11am PST will be shipped out on the following day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Every fulfilled order includes a tracking number for you to check the status of your shipment. If you are having trouble tracking your package, email support@tomahawk-power.com and we will send you your tracking number to keep you updated with your order's shipping progress.

Service & Support

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at support@tomahawk-power.com or submit a Service Request and we’ll take you through the process.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition. Some exclusions apply. For more information, check out our Return Policy.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Registering your product is quick and easy. Just go to our Product Registration page and enter your model number, serial number, and contact info to activate your warranty.

You can bring it to a Tomahawk-authorized service center or contact us to arrange service. Find a service center near you here.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a set period (usually 1–3 years, depending on the product). Wear parts are not included. Check out the Tomahawk Power Limited Warranty here.
