How do I register for the Try Before You Buy program?
To register, visit the Tomahawk website and complete the registration form available on the Try Before You Buy program page. Once submitted, you will need to await approval based on eligibility criteria.
How do I know if I qualify for Try Before You Buy?
Eligibility is based on your location, the availability of the products, and adherence to the program guidelines. You will be notified upon registration approval if you qualify.
I’d like to try a Tomahawk product that isn’t listed, can I still try it?
Currently, only selected products are available for the Try Before You Buy program. If your desired product isn't listed, it may not be eligible for trial at this time.
Is there a cost to participate in the program?
A deposit is required based on the category of the product.
Can I try the equipment from any distributor in my area?
The program is managed through Tomahawk Power directly. However, in some cases, Tomahawk Power may coordinate with nearby sales representatives or distributors to fulfill trial requests.
How long can I try the product for?
You can try the product for 10 consecutive days from the day it is shipped to you.
What happens if I decide to purchase the equipment after the trial?
If you decide to keep the equipment, the balance of the total price, minus your deposit, will be charged to your payment method. You will also receive a 10% discount on demo equipment used during the trial.
Do I have to purchase the product after I try it?
No, there is no obligation to purchase the product after the trial. If you decide not to buy, simply return the equipment as per the provided instructions.
What if I don't want the equipment?
If you don't want the equipment, you must return it in its original condition with all components, accessories, and packaging materials intact. Detailed return instructions will be provided, and the deposit will be forfeited.
