Terms and Conditions

Program Overview

The Tomahawk Try Before You Buy program offers potential customers the opportunity to trial selected Tomahawk products for a limited period of 10 days* at no cost. This program is designed to allow users to experience the product's features and benefits firsthand before making a purchase decision.

Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals and businesses located within specified geographic regions as determined by Tomahawk.

Interested participants must complete the registration form available on the Tomahawk website and await approval from Tomahawk.

Approval is based on various criteria, including location, availability of products, and adherence to program guidelines.

Trial Period

The trial period begins on the day the equipment is shipped and lasts for 10 consecutive days.*

Participants are required to adhere strictly to the trial period; no extensions will be granted under any circumstances.

It is the participant's responsibility to manage their time effectively to make full use of the trial period.

Product Use

Participants must use the products in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines, ensuring they operate within the recommended parameters and for the intended purposes.

Any misuse or deviation from the recommended usage that results in damage or loss of the product will be the responsibility of the participant.

Participants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the user manual, safety instructions, and videos online before receiving the product.

Purchasing Equipment

Decision to Purchase: If the participant decides to keep the equipment, the balance of the equipment total will be charged to the payment method on file. The balance is the total price of the equipment minus the deposit already paid.

Demo Equipment Discount: Participants have the option to purchase demo equipment at a 10% discount off the retail price. This offer applies to equipment used during the trial period, providing participants with significant savings on nearly new products.

Ownership Transfer: Upon charging the balance, ownership of the equipment is transferred to the participant. Tomahawk will provide any necessary documentation, including a final receipt and warranty information.

Warranty and Support: Purchased equipment includes the standard Tomahawk warranty, starting from the date of the purchase. Participants will also have access to Tomahawk’s customer support for any assistance needed with the equipment.

Return of Products

At the end of the trial period, should equipment not be purchased, participants forfeit the Deposit and must return the equipment in their original condition, with all components, accessories, and packaging materials intact.

Detailed return instructions will be provided, and participants must follow these instructions to ensure the products are returned safely and promptly.

Equipment Availability

Not all equipment is eligible for the Try Before You Buy program. Tomahawk reserves the right to modify or terminate equipment eligibility at any time without prior notice. There is limited availability of demo models. Should equipment be eligible but not available, participants will be added to a waitlist. If the waitlist is too long, Tomahawk Power may attempt to coordinate with a nearby sales representative or distributor to fulfill the request.

Eligibility Modifications: Tomahawk reserves the right to change the list of eligible equipment based on inventory levels, product updates, and strategic decisions. Changes in eligibility can occur without prior notice to participants.

Limited Demo Models: Due to the limited availability of demo models, not all participants may receive the equipment immediately. Tomahawk strives to manage inventory to accommodate as many trial requests as possible but cannot guarantee immediate availability.

Waitlist Management: If the desired equipment is not available, participants will be placed on a waitlist. Participants will be informed of their position on the waitlist and estimated wait times. Tomahawk will contact participants once the equipment becomes available.

Coordination with Sales Representatives or Distributors:In cases where the waitlist is extensive, Tomahawk may attempt to coordinate with nearby sales representatives or distributors to provide the equipment. This may involve arranging for a demo through a local distributor or facilitating a temporary transfer of equipment from nearby locations to meet demand.

Notification of Availability: Participants on the waitlist will be notified via email or phone as soon as the equipment becomes available. They will have a limited window to confirm their interest in proceeding with the trial. Failure to respond within the given time frame may result in the offer being extended to the next person on the waitlist.

Liability

Tomahawk will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the trial products.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Tomahawk harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their participation in the program.

This includes, but is not limited to, any damage to personal property, injury, or legal fees incurred due to the participant's use of the trial product.

Feedback

Participants may be asked to provide feedback on their experience with the product. This feedback can be in the form of surveys, reviews, or testimonials.
