How To Replace The Hose On A TPS25 Backpack Sprayer

The Tomahawk 5 Gallon Gas Power Backpack Sprayer uses a five-foot hose that connects the pump to the wand/desired attachment. The liquid from the chemical tank goes through the pump, flows through the hose, and sprays out of the attachment of your choice. If your hose is worn out or leaking, it may be time for a new one.

You can replace your old hose with a new one in no time. Just follow these quick steps:

What You Will Need:

  • Backpack Sprayer (TPS25)
  • Hose
  • Needle Nose Pliers

Instructions:

Step 1:

Remove the old hose from the pump.

Step 2:

Remove any attachments from the other side of the hose.

Step 3:

Screw on the new hose to the pump.

Step 4:

Use needle nose pliers to tighten completely.

Step 5:

Screw on your preferred attachment to the other end of the hose.

With a brand new hose installed, your backpack sprayer is ready to use!
