Tomahawk Power Review Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The Review Rewards program is open to individuals who have purchased a Tomahawk Power product and have posted a genuine, honest review on a participating retailer's website (e.g., Amazon, Home Depot).
  • Participants must be 18 years or older and legal residents of the country in which the review was posted.

2. How to Participate

  • To qualify for the Review Rewards program, customers must post a review of a Tomahawk Power product on an eligible retailer’s website.
  • Customer must be an owner of authentic Tomahawk Power equipment.
  • Once the review is published, participants must submit proof of the review via the provided form on the Tomahawk Power website. This proof must include a screenshot showing the retailer's name, the full review, the participant's username or profile name, and the product name or description.

3. Review Verification

  • Tomahawk Power reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all reviews submitted for this program. Reviews that are deemed fraudulent, irrelevant, or inappropriate will not be eligible for rewards.
  • Reviews may take up to 48 hours to appear on the retailer's website. Submissions can only be made once the review is publicly visible.

4. Rewards

  • Upon successful verification of the review, eligible participants will receive a reward as advertised. The type and value of the reward may vary depending on the promotion and product.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

5. Submission and Contact

  • Participants must submit their review proof through the form provided on the Tomahawk Power Review Rewards page.
  • A Tomahawk representative will contact participants within 24-72 hours of submission to confirm eligibility and provide details on how to claim the reward.

6. Program Limitations

  • Each eligible purchase may only receive one reward, regardless of the number of reviews posted.
  • The program is limited to one submission per person per product purchased.
  • Tomahawk Power reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Review Rewards program at any time without notice.

7. Privacy

  • By participating in the Review Rewards program, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the program.

8. Disqualification
