Tomahawk Power, dynamic, growing power equipment company, located in the heart of downtown San Diego, has an immediate opening for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. We offer our employees a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding environment! We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our eCommerce and Outside Sales team.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Correctly enter orders into inventory software and ensure data accuracy while managing the fulfillment process from beginning to end.
  • Process daily orders, prepare pick tickets, create invoices, shipping labels, and reports.
  • Coordinate daily orders with the Warehouse Department.
  • Evaluate logistics and generate shipping labels through FedEx, UPS, USPS, RL Carriers, and Daylight Transport.
  • Monitor all shipments to maintain on-time delivery rates.
  • Provide shipment tracking support to customers and Sales Team.
  • Maintain accurate Daily Shipment Log and Inventory Reports.
  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls, file, fax, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Update, reconcile and track product consignment reports and inventory.
  • Report to Accounting with any adjustments or corrections, changes needed on the orders.
  • Order Warehouse supplies and other miscellaneous materials. 
  • Submit shipping claims for reimbursement.
  • Work closely with Warehouse Manager for direction when needed
  • Provide support to management and perform special projects as assigned

Competencies and Experience

  • Computer Literacy with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task while producing accurate, high quality work within specific deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, extremely organized, self-starter who is willing and able to take initiative
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accurate data entry/keyboard skills
  • Background in an accounting environment a plus
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management Software and/or Amazon Seller Central a plus
  • Knowledge of creating shipping labels and shipping/logistics best practices a plus
