Tomahawk Power, dynamic, growing power equipment company, located in Miramar, San Diego, has an immediate opening for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. We offer our employees a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding environment! We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our eCommerce and Outside Sales team.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Tomahawk Power provides full training in the industry, product line and ecommerce platforms
- Provide top level customer service to DTC customers by answering questions via phone calls, email, and chat systems.
- Help customers with troubleshooting and warranty assistance.
- Attract potential customers by answering questions and suggesting products and services.
- Answer customer questions related to sales orders, order status, and shipping updates.
- Collect customer feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s concerns; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; and following up to ensure resolution.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assist with telephone orders and technical support calls, including calls related to product installations.
- Answer email/chat inquiries through ZenDesk.
- Investigate and follow up on back orders by researching items in NetSuite.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of product line.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years experience in customer service, sales, or tech support
- eCommerce experience is Preferred
- Experience with Zendesk Preferred
- Experience with Parcel and Freight Shipping Preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate is a must
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Added Knowledge (Experience is not necessary, but an advantage)
- Willing to travel.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
