Tomahawk Affiliate Program Terms
1. Overview The Tomahawk Affiliate Program ("Program") is designed to reward affiliates for promoting Tomahawk products. Affiliates can earn commissions based on the tiered structure outlined below. By participating in the Program, affiliates agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- To participate, affiliates must be current Tomahawk customers or have previously acted as influencers for Tomahawk.
- Affiliates must have a minimum of 5,000 followers on Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
- Social media demographics must show at least 60% of the followers are based in the United States.
3. Tiered Commission Structure
- Bronze Level: 1% Commission
- Silver Level: 3% Commission (Achieved after earning 20 sales and a minimum of $15,000 in total sales)
- Gold Level: 5% Commission (Achieved after earning 50 sales and a minimum of $30,000 in total sales)
4. Commission Payments
- Commissions are calculated on completed sales that are tracked within a 30-day window from the time a user clicks on the affiliate link.
- Commissions are paid quarterly.
- Affiliates must maintain their sales tier for six consecutive months; otherwise, they will be downgraded to a lower tier.
- Commission Exclusions: Commissions are calculated only on the net sale price of products, excluding shipping, taxes, and any extended warranties. Affiliates will not receive commission payments on these excluded items.
5. Coupon Code
- Each affiliate will receive a customized 5% discount code to share with their audience.
- Single-Use Policy: The coupon code can only be used once per customer.
6. Tracking and Attribution
- Sales are tracked via affiliate links provided to each affiliate. Affiliates must use these links to ensure proper tracking and commission attribution.
- Tomahawk will not be responsible for any commissions lost due to the failure of affiliates to use the proper tracking links.
7. Downgrade Policy
- If an affiliate fails to maintain the required sales threshold for their current tier for six months, they will be downgraded to the lower tier. They can requalify for higher tiers by meeting the sales and revenue criteria again.
8. Marketing Compliance
- Affiliates must accurately represent Tomahawk products and adhere to ethical marketing practices.
- Any false, misleading, or inappropriate promotion of Tomahawk products may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
9. Termination
- Tomahawk reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activities, or any actions that may harm Tomahawk’s reputation.
10. Modifications
- Tomahawk reserves the right to modify the Program’s terms, including commission rates, payout schedules, and eligibility criteria, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or the affiliate dashboard.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
