Really useful tool!
I haul oysters up a steep hill and it’s been a game changer.
Wheelbarrow arrived quickly but stalls and won't come out of high gear when it does work. No response to email request for help and no phone number to call for support. The second battery we ordered never arrived.
Item came with one handle receiver on the body squished and it took some patient work to get it unsquished so the handle would fit into the socket. Also the batter will not remain seated in the battery holder resulting in the power cutting off while using the wheel barrow. If we could figure out how to keep the battery tightly in place it would be a great machine.
So far so good! Just wish I can get a second battery ( sold out)
Shipping was faster than expected, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Crate was secure and well packed, no damage at all.
