Assembly and Start Up

 

Concrete Vibrator Engine Is Not Running

  • Check the following parts:

    • Gas Level
    • Gas admission key is open
    • Choke Position
    • Engine Oil Level

 

Engine Is Overloading and Overheating

  • Overlubricated

  • Too much or too little grease in shaft
  • Head movement is restricted
  • Failure of seal and the transmission grease have gone into the head or the head oil have gone out.
  • Transmission with extreme bents.
  • Transmission is in bad condition, broken hose.

 

Bearing Failure

  • Not enough oil in the head.

  • Water has penetrated the head
  • The head has been working out of the concrete during a long time.
  • The housing has received strong stroke

 

Engine Storage

When the AVMU motor has not been used for long periods of time, it should always be stored in clean, dry, and protected areas.

Engine Transportation

When transporting by vehicles, ensure the AVMU motor is safe against slipping, overturning and blows.
