How To Replace The Backpack Straps On A TPS25 Backpack Sprayer

The Tomahawk 5 Gallon Gas Power Backpack Sprayer has straps designed for the everyday laborer. With layered padding and adjustable straps, you will experience the ultimate comfort for any pest control or landscaping activity. These comfortable straps are located on the back of the backpack sprayer. If your straps wear out or break you should replace them as soon as possible.

 

Our backpack straps are very simple to replace. Just follow these simple steps, and you will be back to spraying in comfort: 

 

What You Will Need:

  • Backpack Sprayer (TPS25)
  • Backpack Straps 

 

Instructions:

Step 1:

Push the top part of the old straps up, and pull out of the strap buckle.

Step 2:

Pull the top part of the strap out of the strap hole.

Step 3:

Unclip the metal hooks on the bottom of the straps from the holes at the bottom of the backpack.

Step 4:

With new straps, clip the metal hooks (located on the bottom of the straps) onto the holes at the bottom of the backpack.

Step 5:

Pull the top part of the straps through the holes at the top of the backpack.

Step 6:

Fold the top part of the strap over the hole bars.

Step 7:

Feed the top part of the strap into the strap buckle and pull it through to secure in place. Adjust for personalized comfort. 

 

Now that you have new straps installed, you can continue spraying in comfort!
